We Are:
A Private, Working Ranch, with Cattle and Horses that is involved in teaching Roping and Horsemanship as a Fine Art.
Doing Less to get more Done Philosophy with the Animals. Expanding Knowledge, and Improving with the Land with Animals.
Sharing this only with select Boarders that I already have an established foundation with, or with outstanding references that can adhere to the boundaries clearly set forth by the Ranch.
Ranch Facilities:
•140' by 270' Outdoor Arena
•Roping Return Alley
•Roping Chute, Roping Boxes
•Crowned, Sandy Round Pen
•Seasonal Washing for Horses available
•Ranch Foreman lives on site
•Small indoor arena reserved only through scheduling app.
(This assures you private time in indoor arena)
The ranch is in a quiet, peaceful, beautiful lakeside setting off gravel roads that are generally quiet and have large ditch for miles of riding.
Located about 1 mile from the Luce Line Trail, a horse welcomed trail that has some nice stops on the way that includes horse friendly restaurants that have hitching rails and or corrals for horses.
Services:
Pasture Board
•Horses are in herds out in their Natural Elements 24/7.
•Horses will have access to shelter, mineral, automatic heated waterers.
•Seasonal Pastures Rotated to minimize worm infestation and improve pasture quality.
•Hay is provided Free Choice during the Winter, and in the Summer if needed.
•Room to play, relax and be a horse.
•Roping & Horsemanship Lessons, and Farrier Service available on site
Rates
Pasture Board - $325 per month
